David Wade is the founder of KastleTek and a distinguished technology executive with over 30 years of experience across engineering, cybersecurity governance, and STEM education. Throughout his career, David has held pivotal leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of a publicly traded Canadian firm and Vice President of a Fortune Global Top Ten corporation, where he managed large-scale initiatives and risk-aware decision-making frameworks.
With a deep technical foundation in engineering, David specializes in aligning cybersecurity controls with business objectives, focusing on internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management. As the former founder of Incrementum Energy, LLC, he integrated cyber risk awareness into technology advisory services while pioneering workforce development programs centered on systems thinking.
His extensive governance experience includes serving as Chairman of JARS, Inc. and Director of Epic Aviation, LLC, alongside membership in the Chicago United CEO Council. Currently, at KastleTek, David focuses on expanding access to hands-on STEM education, embedding digital responsibility into learning experiences to prepare organizations for a risk-conscious world.
David holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University, fueling his mission to strengthen both secure systems and empowered communities.
